For registered delegates only, WMC has arranged special discounted rates at the official headquarters hotel – the Miami Beach Resort & Spa. Reservations must be made through the WMC Housing Bureau by faxing or mailing the attached form. Your hotel confirmation will be mailed directly from the hotel within two weeks. These SPECIAL CONVENTION RATES are offered on a limited number of rooms through Monday, March 10, 2008, subject to availability – so book early. All reservations require a 4 night minimum stay. Reservation must include official WMC dates Tuesday, 3/25/08 thru Saturday 3/29/08. Rates are shown in US dollars and do not include taxes and a $5 per day resort fee. DO NOT CALL the hotel to book your reservations, you will be quoted a higher rate! Discounted rooms are limited. Check-in 4PM. Check-out 11AM.
